Nothing much. Just getting ready for the upcoming Japan tour in this Dec. and being glad releasing our new album “Orphic Signs”. So everything is good.
I think I was able to put many different kinds of songs into the album and those are more technical, brutal and faster. I think we were able to express in the Orphic Sings what we want.
It is a kind of difficult to explain what is but everything I experienced influenced me for writing songs surely. One of my opinions is that your music is influenced not only from music, but also your regular life, what you see, what you feel and so on.
I usually don’t listen any music in the period for writing songs because I don’t want to be affected anything from other music. I want to try getting more from myself and let myself grow my creativity.
I write all songs and imagine what sound I want. I just tell them what kind of sound I want and they give me some basic ideas, then I work with their ideas on recording and so on.
In the case of live, I mostly focus on a sounding of kick triggers, bass EQ and guitars. It is very important to find a good band frequency for each instrument. I want to provide a good balanced sound to audience in the every shows as good as possible and it is also very affected for player’s monitors.
If you read the lyrics of our songs, you may find what we wrote about. Those common theme is about myth, history enigmatic things and something like that. There is not big reason why, I just like those kind of stuffs and they have been always involved with our writing and sounding.
I think it is not worse at all but I hope more people going to be interested in death, black and underground metal music, and hope people satisfies not only watching Youtube at home, I think they’d better come to shows and feel real time sound. Bands are living, so their shows are never the same. I believe you will get lots of vibe in front of their sounding which cannot feel from CD or Youtube.
Well, we start thinking about how to destroy people by our music.

– Abbiamo appena concluso il nostro tour in Giappone in questo dicembre e siamo contenti di aver pubblicato il nostro nuovo lavoro “Orphic Signs”. Quindi tutto va per il meglio.
– Penso che siamo stati in grado di creare delle buone canzoni in questo nuovo full-length. Più varie, più tecniche, più brutali e veloci. Abbiamo espresso ciò che volevamo.
– E’ difficile da spiegare ciò, sicuramente noi abbiamo sperimentato per scrivere delle canzoni interessanti. Una delle mie opinioni è che la mia musica non è solo influenzata da altra musica, ma anche dalla vita stessa …da ciò che si vede, da ciò che si sente… e così via. Io di solito non ascolto molta musica nel periodo in cui scrivo le mie canzoni, perché non voglio essere influenzato da qualsiasi altra cosa esterna. Voglio solo provare ad ottenere di più da me stesso e quindi lascio crescere la mia creatività.
– Scrivo tutte le canzoni e immagino ciò che voglio dal mio suono. Ho solo chiesto agli altri che tipo di suoni desiderassero ed è anche per questo motivo che loro stessi mi hanno dato alcune idee di base. Lavoro seguendo le mie e le loro idee. Nel caso dei vari concerti dal vivo, mi concentro soprattutto sul suono dei kick triggers, del bass EQ e delle chitarre. E’ molto importante trovare una buona frequenza di base per ogni strumento. Al pubblico voglio fornire un buon suono, equilibrato, fatto nel miglior modo possibile.
– Se leggete i testi delle canzoni, potrete trovare i significati di ciò che abbiamo scritto. I temi comuni parlano di miti, di storia, di cose enigmatiche e qualcos’altro di simile. Mi piace questo tipo di tematiche e sono sempre state parte della nostra scrittura e del nostro suono.
– Non penso che sia peggiore oggi… ma spero che ancora più gente si interessi al death metal, al black metal e in generale alla musica metal dell’underground. Spero anche che la gente non si soddisfi solo guardando Youtube a casa, penso che farebbero meglio a venire agli spettacoli dal vivo e sentire il suono vero. Tutte le band vivono per questo. Io credo che si ottenga un sacco di atmosfera di fronte ad un suono portato dal vivo, qualcosa che non si può sentire da un CD o da Youtube.
– Pensiamo solo a come distruggere la gente con la nostra musica.
